    • My understanding is that signing period ended yesterday.  Surprised there is not an announcement from UTEP.

    • Campbell and Rhyanes are seniors, and Edwards is a graduate transfer, so we lose three players.   I believe we have 13 schollie players and 5 walkons.  I'm not sure who is on schollie and who isn't though.

    • We have 12 schollied players in: Ezeagu, Odigie, Vila, Williams, Verhoeven, Archie, Tarke, Stroud, Hawkins, Lathon, Boum, & Edwards.
    Walk ons are: Rayanes, Campbell, Williamson, Dekoninck, & Medrano.
    I thought we can only have 12 schollied players. With only Edwards leaving, we have 1 too many.
    I believe Vila, Tarke, & Williams are the only 3 Jrs gone after next year.
    Over recruiting is always needed to make up for kids not making it here as well as kids leaving because of lack of playing time. Last I saw, we have a deep bench & it looks so far the odd man out looks like Tarke. Maybe more as the season continues.
