Odds are against finishing winless

    • I looked at the remaining games and assigned a win probability.

    25%        UNT
    5%        La Tech
    5%        UAB
    35%        Rice
    15%        Mid Tenn
    30%        W Ky
    5%        So Miss

    Overall the probability of winning at least one game is approximately 75%. 
    Conversely, the probability of finishing winless is obviously about 25%

    • when it comes to losing, UTEP defies all and finds a way.  I would never bet on UTEP winning.

    • I predict a winless season. I've been giving away my tickets to my niece and today especially for saturdays game where we'll be slaughtered. (My wife has health problems and it just isn't the same going by myself.) I don't see us winning unless we get another QB, a bonafide D1 QB. This guy Locks is not it and until stubbornness prevents Dimel (like Kugs stubborness) from seeing things as they are he will not win. Locks has some skills but it isn't as a D1 QB. Sorry.

    Nope, not yet. I don't figure I'll have that problem at all. Next year I won't be buying season tiks just because I don't get a kick out of going by myself. My best friend (my wife) has health problems and I'll just listen to the game on the radio and if it's on tv that'll be a plus. I might subscribe to some network that will show the games and it'll probably be equal in price.

    I'm still and will always be a Miner fan, that's a given.  ;)
