  • Even though it was the worst defense from our Miners, our future kids pulled us out. Willms, Omega, & Flaggert dropped off of the map this year and I'm so happy to see more activity coming from our Freshmen & sophomore.
    We really do have some really good talent, only the coaches don't know how to put it together.

  • Johnson used his 16th different starting line-up of the season tonight, which is pretty ridiculous.  Maybe if we had more stability and consistency from the top, that would lead to better growth from our young team.  Johnson does get credit for drawing up the game winning play and going to Paul after the time-out.  That wasn’t expected, but it worked.  And finally, not to beat these guys up too much, but the +/- for Touchet and Flaggert tonight must have been brutal.  We had a 21 point lead in the first half, we were in control, then those two came in and Charlotte went on a run to get back into game.
