The only way this turns out good is if at tomorrow's presser he says that he will get a hot shot OC to install a spread offense. If he says he will continue the 3 yards and a cloud of astroturf FB we've seen the last 5 years, I'm done watching the Miners. Sucks.

 No one's excited, but he had success at Wyoming, which is like UTEP in its remote location and recruiting difficulties.

 Could he spend all those years with Bill Snyder and not learn anything? It wouldn't surprise me if he turns things around for the Miners.

Which isn't very much of a stretch. One win and that's already an improvement.

Kansas State is in the middle of nowhere.  Bill Snyder has been successful there on his first stint and when he was called back into action after his first retirement.  I think Dimel has picked up some pointers from Bill.  I look forward to some success.
