  • had already taken place this is what the numbers would be with new members.

SEC wo changes is 25.28 and they would be adding #'s 6 and 19 and with them added the number would be even lower.

The B12 goes from 26.9 to 33.67 if Cincy, UH, SMU, and UCF were in the big12.

The American takes a big hit going from 68.18 to 87.4.

C-USA takes almost no hit from 94.45 to 98.8 if Liberty and NMSU were added, but I don't have numbers to put in for Jacksonville State and Sam.

Just take a look at how easily it can be to overtake the "new" AAC next season.

  • Interesting.  Do you have the numbers for Sun Belt, WAC, and MWC?

Conference rank average of ~100 is really really sucky.

  • The Sun Belt average is 84.35 and that is with the help of the cusa teams they took.  I didn't bother with the WAC, but the MWC is bad at 99.45.  For all of those waiting all these years to be invited, the MWC would be a step down.  The New C-USA even with adding nmsu would average 98.8 which is better than the MWC.  And the new American conference would go from 67 now to 88.  As devastating as the changes will be, CUSA has a chance to come out of this stronger, oddly enough.  Strong enough that the MWC doesn't look so good.  Keep in mind that the P12 loses their top two teams and may look to take whatever decent teams they can drag up from the MWC.
