  • There's only one real resume-enhancing team on this schedule -- Kansas

NMSU maybe.  At least they will likely be the tourney team from the WAC.
    Maybe Pacific.

This is a really weak schedule.  But as noted, this is a one bid league anyway.  SOS doesn't matter.

  • We have to get our toes wet first before we jump into the lake "en bravo". Look at the football team, many were putting down the schedule as weak but even with that there were a few that are giving the Miners their kudos. At least now we're in the Top 50 even with a weak schedule.

With a weak BB schedule it'll get us to the dance hopefully. No one will even notice the schedule there.

  • At the beginning of the season, I thought maybe this team would win 17 or 18 games and have an outside shot at a NIT or CBI tournament. Now, after 8 games and a 4 and 4 record, it looks like we'll be lucky to get .500. Very disappointing considering that most fans believed that we had the talent and only lacked a good coach. Also because Golding said we would have success quickly.
