Last year this team didn't play because of covid so there's no record of what they did. Two years ago though they gave S.Carolina a good game and went awol on Miami by 63-0 score. It seems that as an FCS team they rate a little respect. You know we're not exactly Boise State and sometimes fcs teams beat us or give us a good scare. So here's my score for that game. I will not underestimatte them so here goes:

UTEP will win but I predict the Wildcats will give the Miners a better game than Enemas U.

30-10 us.    Agree Dimel will take his foot off the gas.  Really wish he would use these games to teach his team to play a full game.  I don't really have a problem putting the 2nd string in the 3rd quarter, and open up the roster even more if we get up by 30.  But don't shut down the playbook until we are up by 40 with backups playing.

Of course, Brownholz has an absolutely awful arm, so maybe you don't want him throwing.  Unbelievable we still only have one serviceable QB, and he's nothing exceptional.

I bet if you looked, you could probably count the number of two game winning streaks maybe on one hand over the past 50 years.  Come to think of it, someone should write a book about the records UTEP football could claim.
