If we lose, despair will be rampant.  If we win, is there any level of winning, or anything at all that could happen that would excite you about UTEP football?

Farther down the road, except for beating Boise, is there anything that would excite you about our future under Dimel?  What would it take?  Would 8-4 do it?

A winning season aka 7-5 an upset of Boise and a bowl game and win. That would really get me pumped up and ready for the next season.

Alas, we still have the same loser as coach and that above is only a pipe dream.

Interesting question. This schedule is made for coaches with their pants on fire. It is for almost any other school an embarrassment to be excited about beating some of these teams. So I have the past ten years to get past, the greatness of our current coach and the thought of a long extension for only smelling like a rotting carp this year isn?t that exciting. WInning all of the games in a way that normal teams would would get real close to convincing me that the process was maybe worthy of my trust. Back it up with a repeat next year and I am damned sure excited.
