CRT is a good defensive coach. We are a good defensive team.
CRT does not know how to coach the offensive side of the ball at all, he can't draw up any plays for inbounds or end of game, and every aspect of his game management sucks.
Either he forgets to substitute or he's too stubborn, or more likely a combination of both. I see guys out there sucking wind and he leaves them in even though he has a bench. Efe scores 8 points in 9 minutes of play and Vila gets 28 minutes. Lathon gets 25 minutes to Hawkins 15. Stroud doesn't see the court. Vila in a the end of the game. Ignoring his previous game ending turnover, what strategic purpose does he serve at the end of a game? None. Terry doesn't even understand about putting the right personnel in the last couple minutes of a game.

Honestly, on the offensive side, this is like watching Kug or Dismel's offense. No ability to adjust to anything.
Does anyone know how many years are on his contract? He is the 2nd worst coach we've had since Haskins retired. Only Rabadeux was worse.
Senter is 0-2 on major hires. Heather Wilson needs to find some money to do a complete house cleaning on the men's side. Maybe Senter can be reassigned to fund-raising and assistant AD in charge of women's athletics. At some point empty football stadiums and empty basketball arenas cost you more than firing your incompetent coaches.
