I ate my crow last night with pico de gallo, a flour tortilla and mayo, always have to have mayo. I was fit to be tied with those intentional penalties where the Miners couldn't keep their mouths shut or start pushing players after the play. That tells me that discipline is not a major problem in the eyes of the coaching staff. Stupid penalties HAVE to stop if the Miners want to get better next year. They deserved this win though, as they played their hearts out and that's something rare in our football teams. As has been reported we had the best recruiting class in Cusa and second in the Mwc so that means a lot to the fortunes of future teams. We'll need it as the Mwc is better than Cusa in football, JMHO. So hopefully, by the time we start playing in Mwc we'll be on a par with the rest of the teams in the Mwc.
Like Sisy, I'm hopeful that discipline is instilled on the team and the players prove that they indeed are a better class of football players.
