He can't recruit and he can't coach. Just like all other Senter hires.
Golding runs a gimmick defense that doesn't work at all for anyone that has time to prepare for it. It worked once against Texas, similar to how Haskins ran a gimmick D against Kansas in 1992. But Haskins would change what he was doing based on the opponent. Golding has one tool in his toolbox, and that's it.
His offense is plain vanilla and the guys are too tired from chasing everyone all over the court to hit their shots.
