Hopefully one that can throw because as of the last game Pickle didn't show us anything. Man, we are so close to being fairly good but because we don't have a QB that is not mediocre we don't get anywhere.

Who in your mind of the past QBs not counting Billy Stevens would you like to have as QB for the Miners?

JP Pickles, true freshman, is supposed to start but if Skyler is cleared from concussion protocol, he would likely get the call.

I personally don?t think he should play even if he is cleared. The Miners offense invites injury especially to guys not intended to be running backs.
As I said in another post, I think Pickles showed a Tebowesque presence and ability that with a little preparation for the right passes could be very effective.

Good point. I'm looking forward to watching Pickles to see how he does. I hope he doesn't try to be a tough guy out there because linebackers love to take QB heads off. He does have good running ability and he lit it up both running and passing in high school.
