to play Kent St in the Bahama Bowl.
I realize that early bowl projections don't mean squat but after a good win it's fun to see UTEP make an appearance on a list like that. Just the thought that UTEP could make a bowl game after the crappy start to the season seemed ridiculous prior to the Boise St game. The Miners still might not make it to a bowl but it's somewhat realistic to think they can bull their way into one.
