  • Jeremiah Dickey

University of Texas at El Paso
Assistant Director for Athletics Development (July 2005-December 2006)
Assistant Director of Marketing and Promotions (June 2004-June 2005)
Marketing and Promotions Assistant (July 2003-May 2004)

He went to BSU from Baylor where he worked for another former UTEP Associate AD, Mach Rhoades. UTEP has turned out some very good AD's.

Dickey's vision for Boise State athletics:

"Our mentality is we are a Power 5, we're gonna operate as a Power 5 and that's going to be a constant as long as I'm here," Dickey said. "And so we very much are approaching every decision within that philosophy and having that mentality."

"I say this -- unrealistic expectations produce epic results. Everything is possible," Dickey said.

'You're gonna see us do some epic things and they will produce epic results'

  • So did Baylor's AD

We seem like maybe we aren't very good at identifying and promoting talent
