Miners have been going up to the Pit to be ambushed for many years. We always looked forward to returning the favor. I have no idea of how well the Lobos will do this year. I watched them get stabbed in the heart by the Aggies the other night by a slam dunk with no time left on the clock in OT. So, they were looking to get some blood revenge today and instead ran into a team that just kept turning them over and taking advantage of the extra chances. It seems to me that the miners may have learned some lessons from the Kansas game. Maybe. But today they shot half as many 3 point shots and shot 43.1%from the field. Tydus looked more forceful today, I thought. This was a great confidence booster for the team.
