Let's see.  48 minutes divided by 20 seconds for a Kansas dunk and 15 seconds for UTEP possessions equals 48x60 seconds divided by 35,  seconds equals 82 co possessions.  Forty-one possessions of dunks equals 82 and 35% of 41 possessions equals 14.  Let's say 10 of them are two pointers and 4 are three pointers is just 32   Free throws.  Seems to me that free throws for Kansas would actually lower their score so I will take ten from 82 down to 72.  UTEP will add 15 from the line for a total of 47.

Brain fart. I am old. I stand by my predicted score. Kansas won?t need the extra eight minutes to get there and I am hopeful enough that maybe coach can figure out how to have people at least get in the way a little.

 I just watched(gamecast) NMSU beat UNM on the Lobos' court.  Last shot a dunk with no time left in ot to win 78 76.  I will never understand what happened at the end of the game with the aggies, but the aggies are pretty damned good and even with Bienemy being a liability shooting we were in it with them to the last second.

Having looked at Kansas' record they are way up there or real normal scoring wise and I think we give them trouble.  I think if Bienemy has his hot game we have the fire power to get her done. I know.  Just the blathering of an old man.
