It looks like Terry signed Khalfani Hill 6'9" C/PF from Canada. The kid has a 7'2" wing span and seems to be growing taller. The kid seems to have an OK perimeter shot.
That's the good news. The bad is everything else. The kid is skinny, a bit slow, & doesnt even have a ranking. I'm guessing the kid might red shirt unless he gains weight & gets strong during his last year of club league circuits.
