    • This may complete the separation of P5 schools from the rest.  They have done everything they can to get rid of the rest of us, except as tuneup games.  Now many of us will not be able to afford to continue on that scale.  MAybe the P5 schools will have their own league and championship, and the rest of us will mostly have to recruit and compete regionally.  Not sure that's really a bad thing.

    • I dont think Big 12 or SEC will cancel. "God, family, & football (not necessarily in that order)" is the moto for those 2 conferences.
    As a matter of a fact, I'm hearing a few schools like Ohio St, Michigan, & Nebraska are thinking of a 1yr membership with The Big 12, because of the Big 10 cancellation.

    • But will it last past the first COVID case on a team?  Luckily we are UT's 2nd game so hopefully we can make it that far.

    • Apparently we will now be their first game.  This is very good news as long as neither team has an outbreak in the next month.
