    • 1) Julyan Stone signs a 2yr contract with the Charlotte Hornets. I'm guessing he got the attention of the NBA with that European Championship win.

    2) The official starting line up for the Costa Rica trip is Gilyard, Touchet, Flaggert, Smith, & Willms. Granted it was a random line up ticket chosen. I think all of these players will start this year some time, but Gilyard & Smith are very green still. All in all, these newbies starting will give them some much needed confidence.

    • The problem with Stone is that his team from China will not let him out of his current contract, so it is doubtful he will play in the NBA this year, as Charlotte will move on.

    Tirus Smith is a stud.  He is totally ready to play and selecting him as a starter might just be to get him into better shape.
