Here is the worst part.  It is planted so deep in my brain that he left.  I spent quite awhile trying to go back at check if maybe he left and then came back just for the game.  Mizzou's coach was fired in November and they announced the hire of Stull on December 14th and the game was played on the 23rd of December.  I found one thing that said "he agreed to coach" the Miners for the game.  Now, it is driving me crazy.  Maybe I have mixed him up with another UTEP coach, but it is one of those things where I can't remember how old I am, or my anniversary, but that one-carved in stone, but maybe I just crazy again.  But, I accept that I am crazy and wrong.  I will admit it when presented with the evidence.  The wrong part is the easy part to accept.  It is that crazy part that is going to hard to deal with.
