Look, I might not be a football player or coach but for some reason I KNOW talent at a very early time. I've seen high school players and I've told my wife that the kid would play in the nfl. Many instances of this, a good example if I can remember his name is that kid from Midland Lee that played in the nfl, Tomlieson,(?).

Now, I've been saying that Hardison, bless his heart, is not D1 caliber material. He could play at Sul Ross and put up great numbers but not at this level. The only way that we will see another QB is if he gets hurt. I don't want him to get hurt I just want him benched. It's not gonna happen though because the coach is as inapt as he is. One is stubborn and holds the reins and the other is perfectly happy being the losing QB.

I'm tired of Utep football already. But like the coach I'm just as stubborn. LOL

Also, people (me included) have said a bunch of times that at least Dimel has improved the overall quality of athletes on the team.  Are we still sure of that?  Because I'm not.

Dana Dimel?s Contract & Salary

Dimel agreed to a two-year contract extension in 2022 that raised his base salary to $800,000 last year and includes an increase of $25,000 per year until 2024. He made $804,000 in total pay a year ago, according to USA Today.

So firing him at the end of this year would cost us $800k.  I'd bet that Wilson / Senter will let him stay the duration figuring how much difference can one year make

THEY THINK HE IS DOING GREAT!  IT'S UTEP, BABY!  This, Dimel, Senter, Wilson, Natalicio, Stuhl.  They are UTEP football.  It has one function.  To allow us to say we are Div 1.  Make sure the players are getting their grades.   Every Miners fan hates Dimel and they think he is doing great!  The only ones who want UTEP to win are a few thousand old farts.  UTEP leadership has cared so little about stupid hfucking sports that UTEP football, the fucking "front porch" is a national joke and of course the fine folks of El Paso are ignorant of it or immune to it.  They don't care about their own team, out of self-preservation of their dignity and good sense.

The fuck heads think losing deserves extensions. 

OH, and one more thing.  Dimel not only loses, he is a bonus loser.  He loses in stupid boring like watching paint dry loses.  Stupid fuck!  Have an offense that just holds the ball so that the other team can't kick your ass as much.  Then when they get ahead, as they always do, because the stupid offense makes you invent new stupidity like formations to move the ball forward the needed two feet that loses a yard because it it fucking too stupid for any other coaches to do.  That is when the real genius of Dimel shines.  half way through the game we don't have enough time to use our vaunted snail strike offense to come back.  We almost start games with a loss that we are hoping somehow THIS team will fall to the UTEP snail offense-slow, hide in a shell, mindless and clueless by being befuddled of something. 

I love UTEP!  I went from bum to king with my degree, and that is why I hate these fuckers so fucking much!  What the rest of the United States sees of UTEP is a disgusting joke that doesn't represent the good and beauty that is UTEP-and these fucks don't care.  They don't fucking care!  Wilson is a fucking **** as far as I am concerned.  Senter is an east coast guy who probably is still amazed that the poor Mexicans of El Paso can read and are so nice.  I would say that Dimel is an idiot, but he is smart enough to make almost a million bucks a year to do what any high school head coach in El Paso could do, and most could do at least as well or better for 1/10th the pay.
