I have no problem with elevating a top young OC or DC. We can pay less but offer big incentives. They are young and hungry and trying to move up. I don't like taking old coaches with no meaningful record of success. Now if Saban decided he wanted to retire here, that would be a different story because he has the skins on the wall. Dimel never really did.
