    It's gonna get ugly with the Ugglies in the Pan Am. I hope that the Miners have improved a little because I'm sure the Ugglies have too. But, I'm picking the Miners anyway. A two point win is a two point win, heck I'll even take a one point win.

    • I went to the game. I left with 5min left. McKinney & Hardy were the only kids who were worth a damn. Everyone else including the coaches sucked ass. We are supposed to be known for defense, but we allow them to score over 80 points with 5min left in the game.
    If they can't fix the defense thing, it will be a horrible season. Other things that need fixing are free throws, 3pt-ers, & rebounding.

    Ha, ha, ha, can you be more specific. Why didn't you just say start from the beginning because it seems that they can't do anything right, and I agree. Good thing the Ugglies aren't in our conference yet because they'd be up there in the standings. UGH!

    • Well...when I wrote that I was irrate. I've chilled a bit & understand we are gonna lose some games. I'm still not happy about it cuz they decided to lay a meatball against a rival that has beat our ass for the last 10yrs.

    • NMSU was a much easier situation for a coach to step into.

    But, I think there are legitimate concerns that we have guards that do not take care of the ball well or shoot well.  At some point you have to ask whether Golding just doesn't have the offense gene and needs to bring in an assistant to help with that.
