nmsu and UTEP traditionally battle it out for worst in the country except for the occasional outlier, but UTEP has been so beyond horrible, (seriously, for the past whatever number of years in a row, our win/loss record has to be breaking even our own earlier records for horrible) it is just beyond belief that someone would figure UTEP to be a somewhat dominate team. Over Montwood Middle School's team UTEP could beat that spread, but they could just as easily get beat by 9. Montwood Middle-NMSU probably a pretty close matchup right there, too.
As for nmsu losing to Tarleton State-we could. We could lose to any team that plays organized football. The Westside Mustangs could beat us, Btw, I think TS became part of the Texas A&M system and are in an area that could attract some fine football players so I wouldn't bet money that they would do it again if they played today. I am still looking for a reason why vegasinsider is crazy and nmsu sucks isn't good enough. lol
