I live in the DC area, and if there is ANY restaurant here that belongs on a list of top Mexican places in the US, I'll eat my hat.

Well, that says nothing about the American  palate if Taco Bell was featured as a top Mexican food place. But, what do they know, they've never lived in El Paso.
