Knowing CTF, someone will be gone or not even show up. We really need 1 good big man. We are pushing hard for JUCO C Nick Marshall (6-11, 248, 4★). It is wishful thinking, but after we scored on Frazier, I don't know what to expect. Anyway, we have a surplus in PF with Smith, Royster, Thomas, Ochieng, & Eyman with no one above 6'10". Then we have a few SG/SF in Martinez, Wade, Osborne, & Touchet. Then rounding off the PG with Gilyard, Magee, & Norman. We can really get away with a good team with the kids I listed, especially if Smith can fill in the roll of Caracter type dominance, but that is not likely. I would like to see a JUCO big & tall guy finish off what we were supposed to see in Kelvin.
On a side note, Middle Tennessee is ranked #41 in the AP Polls. Other notable Mid Majors in the rankings are Wichita St.#7, Gonzaga #18, Rhode Island #28, Providence #30, Butler #34, Nevada #38, and Dayton #40.
