I'm watching the game. It is not good at all. Yes coach brought in something we haven't seen in a while & that is grit & hustle. What he gave up was shooting & IQ. It took me a while to figure the IQ piece, probably because I suffer from low IQ. Haha
Anyway, it's going to be a long season. As a matter of a fact, it's might be longer until coach figures out the recruiting & the portal. We need a combo of every element basketball has to offer & not just grit & hustle.
I'll give a full apology if the Miners find a way into The Tourney or NIT. (Not Happening) Ugh

I couldn?t watch but listened to the first half.  I?m coming to think that maybe I was wrong and Kyy was right.  Maybe we needed to go for the splash hire.  I?m not sure Hardaway is as big a splash name with the kids today, but someone with name recognition.  You don?t have to be a good coach to win CUSA necessarily.  You could win it by bringing in much better players.  Maybe Tarkanian was the model.
