    • Almost beat #25.  If moral victories counted we?d be national champs.

    This and beating Boise is what makes losses to UNM, La Tech, and Rice even more frustrating.  Dimel took the easiest schedule in the history of ever and lost to some of the worst teams imaginable while proving we could play with good teams.

    He?ll be lucky to get 5000 fans to a game next year.

    • Brownholtz pulling a hamstring during that long run in the 3rd qtr was a killer. If he had been able to run the rest of the game we likely win. If he hadn't given up a pick six before the half we likely win. And so on and so forth. So many games that could of, should of gone the Miners way. Damn shame.

    • Dimel should be replaced. In his 5th year he is responsible for bringing enough talent to dominate the likes of Boise St, the best team in the mwc, but he can't prepare that team well enough to win vs the worst team in the mwc, UNM. This team could have won 10 games or could have lost 10.

    • I?m the Kyyotes? Den 2022 football prediction thread winner!!!!!  First prize is a kick in the nuts after Dimel and Co blow a 28 point lead and fail to qualify for a bowl game, amazing!  Second prize is a 1500 mg daily dose of prozac to deal with my anger and depression knowing Dimel will likely be back next season laying bare his utter incompetence as a play caller and evaluator of talent for another year.  No one said being a Miner fan would be easy, and it sure as heck isn?t.
