This team in my opinion is much better than last years. They can take it to the board and are better rebounders. I don't think SR has anyone capable of stopping any Miners player. It will be a sure rout even though every year the Lobos put up a good fight this one will be a disaster for them, as should be.

Between no names, a whole new group of unknown players, and UTEP's inability to provide video AND sound for most of the NMSU game other than the mic next to the crazy fan who was busy making strange unintelligible sounds, I am having Hell getting a handle on whom is whom and doing what.  So far i am very happy with what I am seeing.  Smothering defense with no let up, an offense that I can recognize, and big men being treated and acting like big men.  I think this team is going to be very tough to beat and will get even better with every game they play together.
