I met and interviewed Tim years ago when I was trying to cover all things Miners. I even met his family and watched some of either a game or a Spring Game with them. I found Tim to be what I would have expected from a Criminal Justice Major and his family reinforced the feeling. So, I wasn't surprised, I was stunned to learn that he had been convicted of Sex Trafficking of Underage Girls-especially since he was a Juvenile Probation Officer! I had often thought how much I would have liked to get his story.
Today, I searched for the trial testimony transcript. I didn't find it, probably just as well as it most likely would have been quite long, but I did find this from the Court of Appeals and it is worth the read;
