Can anyone tell me what my options are for watching or listening to the game from far away?

 ESPN+ is supposed to have the video. Tunein app has the audio broadcast listed today.

BTW, after posting I went to the UTEP athletics site and they had prominently displayed links to all options.  I should've looked before asking.

But I am really happy that UTEP actually put together a nice site that makes it easy for fans to connect.  This is something that has not ever to my memory happened before, so maybe a good sign.
