Why is it there's always major injuries to our top stars every season? Not that long ago it was Tyler Ebell, Jordan Palmer got taken out of the GMAC Bowl, last season it was Donald Buckram now it's happening again. We lost some guys, the worst being losing Nick Lamaison. Losing Lamaison was the turning point of the SMU game, when I heard he was injured I knew right at that moment we were screwed. This is just every Miner fan's worst nightmare. Without Lamaison, I just don't see how we can actually put up that many points leaving it up to Javia Hall or the running game. Hall doesn't have the quickness like Lamaison to run for yardage. What's also sad is that Lamasion may not be back for about 3 to 4 weeks. Even when he returns, is he going to be 100% or is it going to be like Donald Buckram being 50% last season? It's so damn sad that the injury curse has to happen again and to lose possibly our best recruit of the season.

I'm not liking our chances against NMSU without Lamaison, or the next few games without him. Sad

Every team goes through this every year just when it happens to UTEP it hurts more because the depth is always lacking at UTEP, just a fact.
